I think we have things like smoking and pickling covered--I ought to talk to the co-op leaders about incorporating that into their teaching, actually--but I'll let you know if I think of anything else.

It would be nicer if we could find a way to stabilize the weather eventually, though. What we have right now is, well, mad. For all we know it will snow sugar and dandelions, when that happens.
