I've been working alone, trying to gather information on the surveillance and defenses used in this city--I've been reluctant to hold meetings too much, because we don't know the extent to which we're being monitored. The government does seem to have an extraordinary amount of control over this building.

So I've heard. [ none too happy about lockdowns, either. ] I was concerned about the level of surveillance myself, but Vern hasn't been taken into custody yet, so they're either incapable of acting or not listening.

With that in mind, I would ask if you plan on calling a meeting any time soon.
I think a large meeting would probably be more noticeable than just Vern and Geir planning among themselves. But I do want to try and set something up--something to discuss this situation in Shehui, if nothing else.
If it were conspicuous enough, it could be. Without a more suitable location, the complex we all presently live in can hardly be considered a suspicious meeting place.
